Description

Nyos Coral Dip is a state-of-the-art product that has a targeted effect against almost all types of coral parasites and pests. It was developed together with leading coral farms and optimized over a long period of time for the best possible performance. It is recommended for acute parasite infestation and as a preventive measure when adding new corals to the aquarium.

It has been extensively tested and refined on the Nyos Coral Farm and proven effective against the following pests and problems associated with new corals.

Flatworwms (Turbellaria) such as:

  • Acropora Eating Flatworms (Amakusaplana acroporae / Prosthiostomum acroporae – AEFW)
  • New Acropora Eating Flatworms (NAEFW)
  • Euphyllia Eating flatworms
  • Leopard Flatworms (Pericelis)
  • So called “Red Planaria” (Convolutriloba retrogemma)
  • More Acoela – Flatworms

Nudibranchs (Phyllodesmium, Phestilla, Tritoniopsis, Aeolidiella) such as:

  • Zoanthus Eating Nudbranchs (Aeolidiella)
  • Montipora Eating Nudibranchs (Phestilla subodiosa)
